What Makes a Deep Clean Different

A regular cleaning keeps a well-maintained home looking good. A deep cleaning is for homes that need more: the first professional clean in a while, the season change, the visit before guests arrive, or the reset before you start a recurring plan. We slow down and get into the spots a maintenance visit does not reach.

Both services use the same eco-friendly, non-toxic products and the same background-checked team.

Transparent Deep Cleaning Prices in San Diego

Most deep cleaning companies in San Diego make you get on the phone for an in-home estimate before you ever see a number. We do it differently. A deep clean is quoted as a one-time cleaning plus the add-ons your home actually needs, and every number is published before you book. No estimates, no surprises, and because California does not tax cleaning services, the price you see is the total you pay.

Home SizeOne-Time Base Price
1 Bedroom$130
2 Bedrooms$180
3 Bedrooms$250
4 Bedrooms$320
5 Bedrooms$390

First bathroom included; each additional bathroom is $10. Add-ons: inside fridge $30, inside oven $35, interior windows $60, walls and doors $150 (1 to 2 bedrooms) or $200 (3+ bedrooms). Prices in USD, no sales tax.

Non-Toxic Products, Safe for Kids and Pets

A deep clean should not leave your home smelling like a chemical plant. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products on every job, strong enough to cut through kitchen grease and bathroom buildup, gentle enough that your toddler can crawl on the floor and your dog can sniff every corner the moment we leave. That matters in San Diego homes where windows stay open year-round and families live close to their floors, patios, and outdoor spaces. Eco Clean Pro was founded by Asiya Mawzoon, an immigrant entrepreneur who built the company eco-friendly by conviction, not as a marketing angle. It is the same standard behind our eco-friendly cleaning service in San Diego, applied with deep-clean intensity. The company also hires and trains newcomers and immigrants, pays them fairly, and gives many their first local work experience, so the person doing careful work in your home is being treated with the same care.

When a Deep Clean Is the Right Call

Before Listing or Photos

Getting a home ready for the San Diego market? A deep clean before listing photos and showings makes kitchens, bathrooms, and floors look their absolute best, which is exactly where buyers look first. Agents and sellers book us before the photographer arrives.

After a Renovation

Fine dust from drywall and sanding settles on every surface, inside cabinets, and along every baseboard. A post-renovation deep clean with the interior-windows and walls-and-doors add-ons gets the construction film off and makes the new space feel finished.

Seasonal & Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning in San Diego is really any-season cleaning. Whether it is post-holiday recovery, pre-summer guest prep, or the annual top-to-bottom refresh, a scheduled deep clean resets the whole home in a single visit.

Before Starting a Recurring Plan

The smartest way to start weekly or bi-weekly service is with one deep clean first. It brings the home up to standard so every maintenance visit afterward keeps it there. Recurring plans then save 15% weekly, 12% bi-weekly, or 8% monthly off the one-time price. See our house cleaning in San Diego page for how the plans work.

Deep Cleaning Across Greater San Diego

We deep clean homes, apartments, and condos throughout the region, from Chula Vista and National City in the South Bay to Oceanside and Carlsbad up the coast, and inland through El Cajon, La Mesa, Escondido, and Poway. In the city itself we are regulars in North Park, Hillcrest, City Heights, Mission Valley, and La Jolla. These are service areas we travel to, and if you are close to one of them, ask us. We can often help nearby. For everything else we offer locally, start at our San Diego house cleaning hub.

San Diego Deep Cleaning FAQs

What's included in a deep cleaning vs a regular cleaning?

A regular cleaning maintains a home that is already in good shape: surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. A deep cleaning goes further into the areas a maintenance visit skips. We hand-wipe baseboards and door frames, detail cabinet fronts, degrease the stovetop and backsplash, scrub tile and grout lines, dust blinds, vents, and ceiling fans, and work behind and under furniture where we can safely reach. Inside-oven, inside-fridge, interior-window, and wall washing are available as add-ons so you only pay for what your home actually needs.

How much does deep cleaning cost in San Diego?

We quote deep cleans as a one-time cleaning with any add-ons your home needs, and every number is published. The one-time base is $130 for a 1 bedroom, $180 for 2, $250 for 3, $320 for 4, and $390 for 5 bedrooms, with the first bathroom included and each additional bathroom $10. Popular deep-clean add-ons: inside fridge $30, inside oven $35, interior windows $60, walls and doors $150 to $200 depending on size. California does not tax cleaning services, so the price you see is the price you pay.

How long will my deep clean take?

It depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and which add-ons you choose. A deep clean is slower and more thorough than a maintenance visit by design, so plan for it to take noticeably longer than a regular cleaning of the same home. A smaller apartment goes faster; a larger house with inside-oven, inside-fridge, and interior-window add-ons takes more time. When you book online we see your home size and selections, and we can give you a realistic window before your cleaner arrives.

Do you bring all supplies and equipment?

Yes. Your cleaner arrives with everything the job needs, including our eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe around kids and pets. You do not need to buy or prepare anything. If you have a product you prefer we use, or one you would rather we avoid because of allergies or sensitivities, just leave a note on your booking or tell us when we confirm, and we will work with your request.

Do you deep clean apartments and condos too?

Absolutely. Much of our San Diego deep-clean work is in apartments and condos, from North Park and Hillcrest walk-ups to Mission Valley complexes and downtown high-rises. Pricing works the same way: choose your bedroom count, add bathrooms and any add-ons, and you see your flat price before you book. If your building or HOA needs proof of insurance for vendor access, we are fully insured and happy to help you sort out elevator bookings or parking instructions before the visit.
