What a Move-Out Clean Includes
An empty home hides nothing. The inspection report covers the spots a weekly clean never touches, so our move-out service is scoped to that checklist rather than to a normal tidy. Every move-out and move-in clean covers:
- Kitchen: cabinet and drawer interiors wiped out, countertops and backsplash degreased, sink and faucet descaled and polished, exterior of all appliances cleaned.
- Bathrooms: tub, shower, tile, toilet, and vanity scrubbed and sanitized, mirrors polished, fixtures descaled, floors washed.
- Bedrooms and living areas: closet interiors and shelving wiped, baseboards and window sills dusted and washed, light switches, door handles, and doors spot-cleaned.
- Walls: scuffs and marks spot-cleaned throughout. Full top-to-bottom walls and doors washing is available as an add-on for homes that need it.
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped everywhere, always last, so the home shows well at the walkthrough.
Inside-appliance work is priced separately so you never pay for what your unit does not need: inside fridge $30, inside oven $35, interior windows $60. Most BC tenancy agreements expect the oven and fridge cleaned inside before handover, so renters usually add both. If your place needs more than a standard move-out scope, for example after years of tenancy, a deep cleaning may be the better starting point, and we are happy to advise which fits.

What if my landlord flags something after the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the affected area free of charge. That is our standard re-clean promise, and it exists for exactly this situation: a walkthrough happens, the landlord or property manager points at something, and you need it fixed before the report is finalized. Do you clean inside the oven, fridge and cabinets?
Cabinet interiors, drawers, and closets are part of every move-out clean, since inspections always cover them once they are empty. Inside-appliance cleaning is a priced add-on so you only pay for what your unit needs: inside fridge is $30 and inside oven is $35. Most tenancy agreements expect both appliances to be cleaned inside before key handover, so we recommend adding them when you book. Interior windows ($60) and full walls-and-doors washing are also available if your unit needs them.
